Meet the Team - Rob Zehnder
/Rob began working for Zehnder Homes in 2015 after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College, with a degree in Business Management. As Purchasing Manager, he is responsible for ordering of material & pricing options for our clients. Rob has built rapport with our subcontractors & suppliers over the years & works closely to answer questions and insures selections are communicated to the field. He is always there to lend a hand on-site, and in the office.

Favorite food: Freshly caught walleye and my wife’s homemade lasagna
What are 3 things you can’t live without? Growing my faith, spending time with my family, and of course hockey (I play twice a week and love watching my son play at Bemidji State)

Meet the Team - Loren Petrich
/Introducing Loren Petrich, one of our Production Supervisors here at Zehnder Homes. He makes sure all of his projects are built to code, to specifications, and to Zehnder Homes standards, as well as to make sure they stay on schedule.
Loren has come to Zehnder Homes with over 40 years of experience in residential construction. He had his own company for 28 years framing single family homes and townhomes, as well as a home building company for 10 years.

Where I’m from: I was fortunate to grow up living on a lake and attended high school in St. Cloud, MN.
Favorite thing about my job: I enjoy turning people’s dreams into reality and conquering the many challenges that come with construction management. I have seen many changes in this industry; it keeps changing and always will!
Favorite food: Prime Rib
What are 3 things you can’t live without? My amazing wife Jean of 33 years, three daughters and their spouses, three grandchildren, spending time at the cabin in Northern Minnesota, and archery hunting.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me…at the cabin hunting, fishing and relaxing. I enjoy spending time with my three grandchildren – what a blessing they are!

/Introducing Amanda Renner, our Office Manager here at Zehnder Homes. She is responsible for all things accounts receivable and payable and keeps our office running smoothly.
Amanda has come to Zehnder Homes with over 17 years of experience in business, accounting, and office management in the construction industry. In 2010, she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Metropolitan State University.
