We just completed a build on a custom garage with Zehnder Homes (after using Zehnder Homes to build our house). In the case of both builds, Eric and his team were knowledgeable, open to ideas (and changes throughout the process), and we love the outcome of both of our projects. It’s worth noting that over the course of any large project, there are going to be challenges. Whenever we had any concerns (timing, subs, etc.), we talked about it and landed in a spot that was fair to both us and Zehnder Homes. We really appreciate Eric and his team standing by their work. We have been in our Zehnder home since January 21st of 2018. We met Eric a couple years earlier in his model home by Rush Creek golf course. We were impressed by the quality of the work in the house and decided after talking to Eric that we wanted Zehnder Homes to build our house. We met with their architect and in a short time we had the design we wanted. Eric told us it would take 6 months to build the house and we closed 6 months from the day we started. The subs that he used matched the quality that we were expecting and the finished house far exceeded our expectations! It is hard to picture the vaults in the ceiling, the roof angles, the staircase landings, etc. from a blueprint. A huge help to us was his designer, Debi. She was great to work with and she was really helpful with picking out tile, cabinets, paint colors and designing a few special items. With her help we made wonderful decisions and ultimately a beautiful contemporary home. All in all we love our home and would have no problem using Zehnder homes again. Although , this is our Dream Home and we are never moving!
